Zuki Health Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zuki Health, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Zuki Health is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

• This app displays data from your Dexcom CGM for informational and tracking purposes only
• Always consult your healthcare provider before making medical decisions
• Do not rely solely on app notifications for Glycogen Storage Disease (GSD) management
• In case of emergency, seek immediate medical attention

3. Eligibility

• You must be 13+ years old or have parental consent
• Caregivers must be 18+ years old
• You must have a valid Dexcom CGM prescription and device

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses from unauthorized use

4.2 Account Types

• Patient: Connects Dexcom CGM, manages own Glycogen Storage Disease (GSD) data
• Caregiver: Read-only access to linked patient's data

5. Dexcom Integration

• You must authorize Dexcom data sharing
• We access Dexcom data per their API terms
• Dexcom data accuracy is Dexcom's responsibility
• You can revoke Dexcom access anytime

6. Caregiver Access

• Patients can generate share codes to link caregivers
• Caregivers have read-only access
• Patients can revoke caregiver access anytime
• Caregivers must not share patient data without consent

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Share account credentials
• Attempt to access others' data
• Reverse engineer or compromise security
• Violate HIPAA or privacy laws

8. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You own all your health data
• Our Platform: We own the app software and infrastructure
• License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity
• Legal requirements

You may delete your account anytime via app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the app "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for medical outcomes or decisions
• Our liability is limited to fees paid (currently $0)
• We are not responsible for Dexcom device/data errors

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zuki Health from claims arising from your:

• Use of the app
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by [Your State] law, excluding conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
